Firefly's terms and conditions regarding trials, exchanges, refunds, and delivery timing.

Trial, Exchange, and Refund Policy:
1. Inspection Before Payment: Customers are strongly encouraged to inspect products before paying the delivery agent.
2. On-the-Spot Returns: Customers can return items immediately to the delivery
agent if there are sizing issues, defects, or if they simply don’t want the product.
3 Post-Delivery Issues: If issues (sizing or defects) are discovered after delivery, customers must contact Firefly within 24 hours. Firefly will then determine the appropriate action.
4 Refunds: Refunds are only issued if a defective product cannot be replaced.
5 Exchanges and Returns (Non-Refundable Cases): Customers will receive
either an alternative product of equal value or store credit for future purchases.
Delivery Timing:
Regular Delivery:
o Inside Dhaka: 1-2 days
o Outside Dhaka: 3-5 days
Urgent Delivery:
o Available via parcel services (e.g., Pathao Parcel).
o Product price must be paid in advance via Bkash or Nagad.
o Delivery charge (determined by the parcel service's app) is paid directly to the rider upon delivery.
o Firefly uses third-party delivery services, so exact delivery times cannot
be guaranteed.
